I finally got the program activated and now I'm getting this error:

(500 Connection refused (Winsock error #10061)

I'm using version 3.1.0.0 of wise_ftp and all of my firewalls are currently disabled. The website that I am trying to connect to is hrclark.com from 1 and 1. I can go to the site in the browser with no problem. I have made sure that the user name and password are entered correctly but still no luck.

Thanks in advance for any help.

Hello,

we were able to connect to this address without any problems :

< 220 FTP Server ready.
> USER anonymous
< 331 Password required for anonymous
> PASS (hidden)

Please try to disable the "Passive" mode in the FTP-Profile for a short test please.
