Having read another post in this forum regarding this problem, I was unable to figure out how tech support resolved the problem. I too have a preferred DNS server, but "Can't resolve hostneme to IP address" message. As a beginner, I'm hoping someone can give me step-by-step instructions on how to fix the problem.

please allow us some questions first. Which version of Hello Engines do you use (see menu Help -> About) and which Windows version do you have installed? Can other programs connect to the internet fine? Which URL is it the program shows you this error message for and in what context?
