Hi,

I've been running Ranking Toolbox 3.1.5 from you with license through 1&1.com but today it told me:

This trial version has expired!

I've already read your sticky note about installing the latest version which I believe I already have: version 3.1.5 right?

What should I do?

I'm having the same problem. I also got my copy of the product via 1and1. I read your sticky note, went through the tedious process of upgrading to 3.1.5.0, requesting activation code, waiting for email, entering activation code, entering registration code only to find that it made no difference. I still get an error saying invalid registration code.

What should I do next?

Two weeks later but I've not heard anything further from AceBIT. Has my issue got lost somewhere?

So almost another two weeks pass since I sent the code the second time and I still have not heard anything. I used the support @ acebit.com address. Can you suggest another address that will be more responsive?
