I bought my 1&1 package back in March and just got around to reviewing Hello engines. Unfortunately the recently generated unlock code doesn't work (Invalid code message). :(

your website indicates it might be out of date. I have made TWO requestd to the support email address but to date have not had a reply - not even an auto-reply to say you are working on my case.

PLEASE HELP The package is required for a time criticalsubmission (I may already be too late.

Oh yes, and if anyone in the uk needs fireworks for the Bonfire season, go to http://www.pfc.masterpieces.org.uk

Hello,

normally we answer emails within 24 hours. But as you have not received any answer until now something seems to have gone wrong. Could you please tell us the exact date of your email, or could you please send it again? Sorry for the troubles caused.

I purchased a package from 1 & 1 which includes hello engines. The unlock code doesn't work. your website suggests it may have expired.

Old unlock code is 63394EA6657BAAC2

Could I have a new unlock code please.

Hi I have the same problemS.
1/ mine renerwl wont activate
2/ no one seems to aswer my questions (email or phone to Germany)

Vorsprung deuch Technik is not their saying.
and it's not customer service either.
