I have the 1and1 business package and haven't used the Ranking Toolbox until now. When I try to enter the license#, it will not accept it. Please let me know what I need to do to acquire my unlock code so that I can use the Ranking Toolbox.

Thank you

Hello,

please send us an e-mail to support@acebit.com . We need your unlock code for testing and will send you a new one if needed. Please do not post this unlock code here. Thanks a lot in advance!

I was able to sucessfully unlock the program with the unlock code and activation key though it said something about using the trial version as other have mentioned. I have all the fields filled in for the project data and website info. I have all the engines checked that i want to submit to but the submit button is greyed out. What is going on. I think something is messed up with 1and1 and your software.

Hello,

The "Submit" button is disabled, because you did not enter all the required information. To enable this button, proceed as follows:

- Make sure you have filled in all the fields in the PROJECT/DATA section.

- Click the ADD button in the PROJECT/WEBSITES section (you find this button on the right of the "Current website" field).

- Fill in the fields on the DATA tab (Title, Description etc.)

- Then you click the URL List tab. Here you enter one or more valid URLs.

- After all these steps the "Submit" button is enabled.

If NOT, please check if you have selected the website you want to submit in the "Sites" section in the upper right corner of the automatic or manuall submission section as well.

Hello,

did you enter the website in the requested field correctly? It is necessary to include the "http://" in the "URL" field.
