550 SIZE error

I have been using PD2 for many months, storing my .psw file on my internet site, and using "internet Server" option to download it each time I use it. However, starting yesterday, I suddenly get this error message:

"Unable to download file!
550 SIZE: Operation not permitted."

What doe this mean and how can I remedy it?

Hello,

Yes, most of FTP servers support the 'SIZE' command. Probably your FTP server has changed configuration and does not support that command anymore. We have fixed this issue, so the patch will be available in the nearest version (2.6.2.0). Unfortunately we can not tell you when exactly the update will be released.
