Access denied to 1and1 servers

i actually got connected ONCE; but since that one time i cannot access the files on my domain on the 1and 1 servers. i get this message:

i am using Zonealarm security suite, with Norton antivirus. ZA configured to allow Wiseftp full access with no restrictions.

Any help is deeply appreciated. PLEASE HELP

Hello,

we were able to connect to this address without problems. What version of WiseFTP are you using exactly? (See "Help" -> "About")
Please try to remove the / at the end of the host address, maybe this will already solve the error.
