Acebit Backup and SBS2003 / Exchange 2003

Hi,

Does the new Acebit Backup v3 backup Exchange 2003 data / mailboxes
during a backup and databases eg SQL databases? So will it have no problem restoring exchange data from a SBS2003 server?

Also can it save open files in a MS Server 2003 environment?
