Good afternoon.

We had been evaluating the demo version of WinSurvey and found it a very good match for our needs. We were interested in making a purchase, but the network upon which we wish to place the s/w is on a private network without access to the internet. Given that the instructions say a connection to the internet is required, what are the procedures for activating the full version of the WinSurvey s/w on this computer that is on the private network? We have other computers with access to the internet, but not the machine upon which we plan on placing your piece of software. Thank you for your help.

usually, you of course have to be connected to the internet, so that the software can be activated correctly. Anyway, if nothing helps, we are able to send a registry-file that unlocks the program even without connection to the internet. This requires that you first have bought the software, so that you have a valid unlock code. Then you just have to send us this code or at least your order number to support@acebit.com and we will send you this registry file together with some instructions.
