I have a PC runnigs XP pro. I've switched off ZoneAlarm and Avast Antivirus. Windows own firewall is disabled and I'm linked up to a cable router.

I thought I'd got that all right but neither activation key for Hello Engines or Ranking toolbox will get past the error message that tells me to recheck the above. I can't see anything else in the way.

Out of interest can anyone tell me what's usually gone wrong if this happens. I can't think of anything obvious left to disable.
