Hi,

I have just installed the version 4 and got my codes from One and One.

I have now the program version: 4.0.0.2 and database version 1.1.4.0.

I believe that I have unlocked this product as it says that it is a registered version (Help > About).

When I try to run the automatic submission I am prompted with a message:

"You are currently running the search services database of the shareware version, which is limited to 10 available search services. To use the database of the full version, update search services database by selecting 'File/Update manager'! Continue? (Recommended)"

When I run the update manager it says that all files are up to date and I only have 8 search engines to submit to.

Can you help?

Hello,

There was a mistake (already fixed) with download target folder.

For the fastest soultion of this problem please open Hello Engines! folder (by default this is C:\Program Files\AceBIT\Hello Engines! Standard 4). You will find two folders there: \DB and \DATEN. Please do the following:
1) Close Hello Engines! if it is running;
2) Delete the folder DATEN
3) Rename folder DB to DATEN

After that you will be able to use Hello Engines! with full-functional database.

It looks fine now. I had another problem loading a saved submission but it seems to be working now
