Backup is saving as a "000 file" type
These are Word files. Word can not open them.
Is there a way for AceBackup to save it as the original file type (PDF, word, etc.)?
When it is doing the backup, it says the files are being compressed even though I did not select that option when setting up the backup.

Hi Kevinla / Support Administrators,
I have the same problem. All my word, jpg and similar files are saved as '.anz.001' and I cant find any way to open them. I am desperate.
Appreciate any help. My email is scliml@yahoo.com.
Thank you

Hi,
You need to start the AceBackup program, open your backup project, then restore the items you had backed up.
