 Post subject: Backup to CD-R not working with v2.1

Hi all,

I create a project under v2.0.0.2 of AceBackup that I got from PC Plus magazine on a coverdisc.

I then updated to v2.1 of AceBackup 2004, and want to start a backup, but it will not let me process my project.

There is a button that says Media offline.

My CD drive is an LG CD-RW CED-8081B, and I am running Windows XP Home Service Pack 1.

Do you have any suggestions please?

Hello,

Please note, the version 2.1 uses a little different format for defining target on CD/DVD-ROM. Therefore, we would recommend you to create a new project file with AceBackup 2.1 to perform backup on CD/DVD-ROM.
