I've a problem. Winsurvey can't create de data base. I have this:
"Can't connect to MySQL server on 'localhost' (10061)"

But everything seems OK in the settings:

could you please tell us the exact version information of your WinSurvey and of the mySQL database running on your system? Then we can ask our developers if there are any known problems with this version. We several times had to write workarounds for defective Windows versions of the mySQL DLLs etc...
