Can't get an email...
I've had one installation that no matter what I do, I never get an email when the backup runs. I've checked all of the settings. I've tried 3 different SMTP servers. I've tried multiple accounts. I know they work, becasue it's the same ones outlook uses. I've also checked the project settings to make sure it should send one. Is there a way to trace the problem?
Thanks,
Thanks,

I am experiencing a smiliar issue. All my e-mail settings are correct yet I never receive a automatic confirmation e-mail when the backup completes. If I do a manual update/backup, I get an e-mail almost immediately. But never when the auto backup occurs. Am running windows vista ultimate.

Hello!
What happens if you click on "Test connection"? Is there any error message? Please make sure that AceBackup is able to acces the internet through your firewall. Which version of AceBackup are you using exactly?

Test connection is successful. No errors occur.
Since when I manually do an update/backup, the e-mail is sent just fine, I don't think it is the e-mail settings or the firewall. The e-mail only fails when the scheduled update/backup performs.

Hello!
Have you tested if the scheduled backup is done? Please go to Control Panel -> Tasks. There you should be able to check when the last scheduled backup has been done. Which version of AceBackup are you using exactly?
