I'd been using the WISE-FTP version that is available to 1and1 customers for a while without any problems, but randomly, the transfer buttons (the entire transfer panel, actually) disappeared and I can't see my files on the server, either. That whole half of the window has just disappeared. I can connect to my FTP-site and upload blindly, but all I can see are my local folders.

I upgraded to version 3.1.0.0. and that hasn't resolved the issue. My view settings are set to show the transfer panel, and I can't find any other settings to tweak.

How can I fix this?

Hello,

Did you change your screen resolution settings recently? Probably the last used program configuration settings do not correspond to your current screen resolution.

As a workaround I would recommend you the following:
1) Close Wise-FTP if is it running.
2) Open the Wise-FTP program directory (usually C:\Program Files\AceBIT\Wise-FTP\) and delete file wiseftp.ini
3) Start Wise-FTP again.

You will need to re-activate the program again but all the program settings will be reset to default values and you will find all the panels in right places.

Best regards
