Hello,
Unfortunately there is no feature to send the status report to a certain e-mail address after submission. We suggested this to our developer team, maybe this can be a new feature in future versions. But you can export the report to csv/html/xml/rtf/pdf files and send this files to your customers manually. You can create and define your own templates for these reports as well. To change the template for a report, please open the options menue and select the "Status reports" section.
