I’m currently evaluating this product but would like to know if it can produce submission notification emails for my clients.

i.e. I will submit a number of sites on behalf of my clients, I would like each of my clients to be sent an automatic email informing them of the submission and maybe provide a list of the engines they were submitted to. I will want to do this regularly (weekly), so will want to run it as a schedule.

Ideally I would like to be able to customise this email and put my company logo/address on it.

Hello,

Unfortunately there is no feature to send the status report to a certain e-mail address after submission. We suggested this to our developer team, maybe this can be a new feature in future versions. But you can export the report to csv/html/xml/rtf/pdf files and send this files to your customers manually. You can create and define your own templates for these reports as well. To change the template for a report, please open the options menue and select the "Status reports" section.
