Hi,
I am in Australia on holiday - Up to a couple of days ago I could access server to update website.
I use friends computer and we tried to sort out a home network issue with the main comp and a laptop. Dont know if this could affect port 21 or any other settings. BUT I can still access a Demon.co.uk server using the same FTP application, which seems to indicate that the machine is OK and the block is at 1 & 1. Again, I can access the control panel without a problem.

Any suggestions would be appreicated

which is the exact error message which appears in the FTP log, if you are trying to connect to your FTP server?
