Cannot Find.......Make Sure the Path or Internet Address is

I keep getting the following error:

Cannot Find.......Make Sure the Path or Internet Address is correct.

I can use the program to do validation and site scan, but can't do the ranking query.

Can you please make sure, that you have installed the latest version 8 of MS Internet Explorer? This should solve that problem.
