Hi! I'm a 1and1 customer (professional eshop package). I wanted to transfer my eshop draft through Wise FTP but I cannot find my FTP pw and user name. How can I do? would my 1and1 package user name and pw work? or is there anything I can do?

usually you can find your FTP password and username (and hostname) somewhere in the 1&1 online Customer center. If not, please directly contact 1&1, they can tell you your username and password.

Hi.. I am also a 1and1 user...
Sign in to 1and1..go to your ADMINISTRATION page... you will have a list of available options, choose WEB SPACE/ACCESS; next choose FTP... a screen will open showing all ftp accounts, including user name and passwords.

Hope this helps... now if someone would tell me how to uninstall WiseFtp... would be wonderful! It's not really compatible with 1and1...keeps freezing up.

usually, WISE-FTP should work fine with 1&1 servers. Which version exactly is it you have installed (3.1?)?. But see our other answer about how to uninstall the program.
