Cannot restore

Postby stuinn » Sat Dec 19, 2009 3:24 pm

I am unable to drag and drop the files I have backed up onto a DVD. I have also copied them to the desktop and tried from there without success. The files have the extension nsz.000, is this correct and how can I restore them.

Hello,

just to make sure that we get your question right:
you could successfully create backups of your files and now want to copy those backups via drag&drop onto a DVD? Or you have already backedup files onto a dvd and now you cannot restore them?

What version of AceBackup are you using (Help -> Info)
What OS do you have installed?
What kind files were backed up?
Thanks in advance for further details...

Did you ever get an answer from anyone about this? I sure would like to know if somebody can help. I have no restore buttons in my Acebit backup at all.
