I have PW Depot set to open the last file used. Occasionally, it does not and I have to select the file. On numerous occasions, when it opens the folder with the 2 files, both are grayed out as well as the browse button and I cannot select either file nor browse. Usually reinstalling the software solves this issue, however, today it did not. Can you please advise how I can get my PW file opened and how to prevent this from happening in the future? Thanks.

Can you please tell us what version of the Password Depot you are using exactly? (See "Help" -> "About"). Are you sure the software is unlocked correctly? You can see this in the "About" menu as well. Are you moving or renaming your password file from time to time?
Please make sure you always save your password file and quit password depot before you shutdown your computer - sometimes this can corrupt files of password depot or even your password file itself.
