I have Hello, version 4.1 Professional full version. I've filled in all required info for project, I've sent screenshots of each section to support to show everything I've filled in and where. I've uninstalled and installed, I've registered successfully the program, and nothing I do allows me to actually SUBMIT. The SUBMIT button will not, has not, enabled. I get an error message when I move from project section directly to manual submit, but I dont speak or understand German so couldn't tell you what it says except that its an exception in module type message, however the enable button doesn't work in any of the submission options.
