Hi,

I get this error every time I'm trying to import responses tot Winsurvey.

I'm using WIndows XP Pro with Office 2003 and Outlook 2003.

Any idea??

Hello,

This is not error but just reminder to close your e-mail client (Outlook 2003) when you click "Import responses...". The matter is only one program can read mail at the same time, so MS Outlook must be closed while WinSurvey imports email responses.
