Is there a way to trigger a back up via a batch file or desktop icon? I want to set this up for a customer and have a manual option. However, I don't want to have him open AceBackup (It would scare him :lol). If he could just click on an icon it would be great.

unfortunately, currently there's no such option. What you could do is create a backup task with the task scheduler. This task could then be executed in regular intervals or manually.
