Hi..
I have just updated wise to the latest version and it seems that the old "import" function is gone..

I am now trying to set it up manually but to no avail.. I keep getting the following error message's...
"Connection aborted (Winsock error #10053))
! Connecting to ashesanddust.co.uk ... (16/08/2005 16:16:06)
< 999 Unexpected session disconnect with error code: 10053!
! Unable to connect to ashesanddust.co.uk! (500 Control connection closed. Connection aborted (Winsock error #10053))"

Can anyone please please help?

Hello,

Although winsock error #10053 means "Software caused connection abort" most often this is rather a problem of network, which prevents correct data transfer between your computer and remote host.

Please make sure:
1) you specified correct connection settings (host address and port);
2) your firewall/proxy does not block Wise-FTP. (We recommend you temporary disable the firewall and test Wise-FTP connection; if in this case Wise-FTP can connect, then the problem is definitely a firewall and you will need to adjust its setting, for ex., add Wise-FTP to the 'list of trusted programs')
