I used to ftp just fine with this software but for the last 6 months I have been problems it seems no matter what I do...it still here.

Software: Wise-FTP Version 3
Server: 1&1 Dedicated Windows Server
Problem: it took a long time to connect and then it hung there, sometime it ask to be connect via "passive mode"

Strange: if i take it to a different location other than my home office, then it works but today...that doesn't work either.

I am willing to pay someone to help me here. Thank you very much. I am in need of help big time!

did you changed anything in your network configuration like new router and / or firewall ?
