I have looked at the demo of linkpartner depot and found content and popularity links, could you please explain what this means?

Content Links mean that your partner creates a visible link to your website, which consists of the text link on his site. The visitor of his site can see the link and click on it to reach your website.

Popularity Links are thought for search engines. The partner will place a link to your site which consists of your keywords as the keywords are important for search engines. The link does not have to be visible but it has to be in the code so that it can be found by the search engines.
