Is there a way to add 3 custom fields for all records in one of my lists, without having to add all 3 to each record one at a time ?

So far, that is the only way I have found.

Also, as a separate question:

I would like to be able to cross refference entries, ie:
50 users, each have passwords for up to 10 programs, set up so I can look at a user, and see the programs/passwords he/she has, but also, look at a program entry, and see which users/passwords apply. If I delete a user, all entries in programs get deleted to.

Hello,

in the current version of the Password Depot it is only possible to generate custom fields to a single record.

But you have the ability to generate a password-template with all user definied fields you want to have, and then duplicate this password as often as you want.

We forwarded your suggestion with the cross references, unfortunetely this is not possible in the current version.
