Hi I cant start Hello Engines professional. When trying to open it a box pops up telling me

Cannot open data base. The application will now exit.

This morning when trying to close it down, the program showed a memory error and refused to close.
Finally after persistence it responded.

This has happened before
BUT I HAVE NEVER HAD IT REFUSING TO WORK.

What is suggested...... ?

Could you maybe take a screenshot and send it to support@acebit.com ? Could you also send us your unlock code so that we can check it? Thank you very much
