Thank you for the answer. The problem is we cannot reproduce this issue although we tried many possible situations. We have made a few changes in this build
http://www.acebit.com/servicefiles/pwdsrv3.exe so now it works as follows:
1) The NT Service (pwd_svc.exe) monitors the current state of the Password Depot Server 3 (pwd_srv.exe) every a few seconds.
2) If Password Depot Server 3 was stopped due to connected user's logoff or program crash, the service restarts the Password Depot Server 3.
This process of restarting of the server after user's logoff make take a few seconds so please wait a little before checking the state of the server after disconnect/connect a TS. Also please make sure the Password Depot NT service is running and configured to start automatically (after installation it is not started but only after system reboot).
Then, we would like to ask you to check the log file, created in
%ProgramFiles%\AceBIT\Password Depot Server 3\Logs and if possible to send the last lines concerning that TS connect/logoff to
