 Post subject: Different between "WinInet" and "built-in-technology"

Hello Acebit, could you please tell me what is the different between these two access methods? I want to backup to my ftp server and I think this information could be important.

Hi,

When selecting "WinInet" as access method AceBackup uses the FTP capabilities of Windows. Otherwise "Build-in-technology" uses AceBackup's own FTP access capabilities. There is no difference at all. We would recommend you to use "built-in-technology" if you are using an older version of Windows. Otherwise you should use "WinInet"
