I created two directories on my server space (1&1 UK) for sub-domains, and am now trying to upload files with Wise. However, Wise can't 'see' either of them, even though they are visible in the 'Remote' pane in the right-hand window.

I created the directories (for reasons I won't go into now) in my browser, and am able to upload files by dragging from my local hard disk - and Wise can see all the files. But defining a new Connection pointing at these directories doesn't seem to work.

Thanks in advance for any help
Tony

What version of Wise-FTP is in use on your system?

Thanks for your reply - you should have my email now.

For anyone following this thread, it was me being stupid! Following usual convention, I was pointing Wise at the sub-domain '/subdirectory' - I should, of course, have put 'subdomain' (without the forward slash). Everything is working fine now!

Thanks for yur help, AceBit.

Tony
