Hi,

I have downloaded Acebackup v2.1.0.0

My DVD recorder is an LG GSA-4082BA206

AceBackup recognises CD-RW and my DVD-R disks but when I try to use my DVD+RW discs to create a new project, I get the error: Disk closed/finalized.

The DVD Media Details are:
DVD+RW
4.0x - 2.4x
RICOHJPN W11

I would like to purchase the full version, but need this problem solving first.

Any help greatly appreciated.

Hello,

Sorry for the delay!

Is your DVD-RW disk emtpy? "Disk closed/finalized" points to a disk which has already been used, still containes Data AND is finalized (no more data can be written to the disk). AceBackup cant re-open a already closed disk. Please try to erase/re-open the DVD-RW with your prefered DVD-Burning Software at first.
