Hi,
Whenever I try to send a survey using the participation manager, i get either of two error msgs:
Cannot connect to email server (name). #Socket error 11001
Cannot connect to email server (name). #Socket error 11004

What im I doing wrong?

Hello,

these error messages mean that the program could not resolve the DNS name of the SMTP server. We would recommend you to use for your outgoing e-mail server rather the IP address than the server name.

Please also make sure that no firewall prevents PartMan.exe from connecting to the internet.
