Don't have the unlock code

Hi,
We purchase this software throught 1and1.com. I installed it and got this screen with three options: Test Program, Unlock Now and License Agreement.
I clicked on Unlock Now and a new screen poped up. This new screen is asking for information and email address. It is asking for the Unlock Code and I DON'T HAVE IT. I got the security code from 1and1.com, but never got the unlock code, so I can't access it.
Where do I get this code please. I purchased this software more than a month ago. The order ID is 21276756, it was made on 03/08/2004.

We do not use the word "security code", however I assume that this is the same as our "unlock code". It looks like it is just named different in the 1&1 control panel.
