I can't seem to access a folder on the server I am connected to. I have created numerous folders on that server and can access themand download files from them, but get an error message (#550) whenever I try and open the folder created by the people maintaining the server. Any thoughts on how to remedy this? I am using Wise FTP 5.5.8

Hello,

Which provider do you have? What is the name of the folder? It might be possible that you do not have access rights to this folder so you should contact your provider for this.
