Hi, ich hab beim bearbeiten der Ergebnisse in der Ergebnisverwaltung aus Versehen zu viele Einträge gelöscht. Nun wollt ich einfach nochmal alles wieder importieren nur irgendwie erkannt WinSurvey die Mails nicht mehr an. Wie genau muss ich vorgehen um die Daten erneut zu importieren?

Hallo,

Wahrscheinlich erkennt WinSurvey die E-Mails nicht mehr, da Sie bereits gelesen wurden. Markieren Sie die E-Mails in Ihrem E-Mail-Client als gelesen und vergewissern Sie sich, dass die E-Mails im Ordner "Inbox" sind. Funktioniert das Importieren nun?
