Hello,

please update to the current version 3.1 of Wise-FTP. Does this problem still exists after the update?

I am having the same problem with sudden disconnects from the server. I have version 4.0.2 and use 1&1 as my web host. It doesn't matter for me the size of the file(s) I am trying to upload I seem to get this "999 Unexpected session disconnect with error code: 10053" all the time. I need to set up a scheduler but that can't happen until this problem is resolved. Thank you

Hello,

usually, only the control connection is closed after a timeout, not the data connection, which should be absolutely okay. Could you please check if it is really the data connection that is closed? Usually, even with a closed control connection the file transfers go on.
