Hello,
The error #10053 does not mean that there is a problem with your login data (password and user name), but that there is a connection problem between Wise-FTP and the server. What we would ask you first is to check that Wise-FTP is not blocked by a firwall or security software- it needs internet access for both the HTTP and FTP protocol, so please add it to the list of trusted programs. Please also try to connect to the server with the Option "Passive" checked and unchecked.
