This is my first post to this forum. I've not had any problems with the program until updating. Now, when I finish uploading a set of files, I get this error message, and it shuts down.

WISE-FTP application executable has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience.

There is no error code.

I then must start over to get the next batch done, with the same abrupt shutdown every time.

I'm running on WinXP, fully patched, using FireFox as my browser. 1&1 is my host.

Anyone else having this problem? Is there a fix for it?

I just tried something different, and didn't encounter the problem this time. If I use Quick Connect, it goes through just fine. If I use Connect, that's when the problem occurs, even though I'm only submitting the same information. I only have the one site, so I'm not clicking on anything with Connect, but the Connect button.

Thank you for your report. Currently we cannot reproduce the problem but we will investigate this and find a solution as soon as possible.
