 Post subject: Error message when clicking unlock button.

I have just purchased hello engines professional 5, When i click the unlock button the following error message appears:

Zugriffsverletzung bei Adresse 006A023D in Modul 'hepro.exe'. Lesen von Adresse 0000038C.

what can i do to solve this?

Hello,

Unfortunately, this is not a known error. Which Windows version is it you try installing the software on? If it is only the unlock procedure that causes such a problem, it would be best if you just send us your unlock code to our eMail adress support@acebit.com, then we will check the code and send it back to you in a form so that you don't have to run the activation wizard again.

It has be corrected now, one of the support team sent us a registry file which solved the problem! Thanks for your time!
