Hi,

I have a couple of issues:

1. When hitting the submit button I receive an error popup window - "error 404: Datei nicht gefunden!". I still receive the survey details to my email address.

2. I have installed Mysql - but don't really know how to set this up properly - can anyone point me in the right direction.

After submitting the survey normally a "thank you" page is shown to you.

This file is not available on your server or you have entered the wrong filename into the settings of your survey.

Check if the filename is entered correctly into the settings of your survey and also check if the answer page is present on your webserver.
