Hi I’m trying out WinSurvey 2005 (Build 2.0.1.0) trial version.

Whenever I submit my survey I get various versions of the following error messages:
Warning: mysql_list_fields(): Unable to save MySQL query result in /home/cassius/public_html/processform.php on line 101

Warning: mysql_num_fields(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/cassius/public_html/processform.php on line 102

Warning: mysql_field_name(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/cassius/public_html/processform.php on line 104
Query1 failed

I’ve tried as many survey settings as I can imagine but have not been able to get a response.

Could you please help me. I can email you screen captures of my settings.

I saw a similar problem in posting ‘What do I do wrong?’ but the solution wasn’t apparent.
