Error restoring (The file is either corrupted...)

This is my problem only for 3-4 .iso and 1-2 .mkv files, Sorry my english this is the photo:

Nobody can help me?? restoring all files in the project but no .iso file, because acebackup say "This file is corrupted or packed" but its false HELP ME PLEASE :cry:
