ERROR: "Sorry your user ID is wrong ! ..."

I have created a survey.
Registered to use the Light response handling type, and pasted the
ID into the User ID field.
I have published the survey to my website, but when I select the Submit button I receive an error message:

"Sorry, your user ID is wrong ! please contact the vendor. Maybe you didn't activiate your account"

Any suggestions on where I am going wrong ??

Can you give us the User ID you've recived via E-Mail?

We will check your user account and give you a solution.

Please request a new user ID, if possible with another e-mail adress.

Ensure that you save your survey after entering the User-ID and publish the survey only after saving the survey.
