I just keep getting this code in the FTP log when trying to connect.

! Unable to connect to colonialassistedliving.com! (500 ESocketException: connect: WSocketResolvePort: Cannot convert port 'ftp', Error #11004)

I just got Wise-FTP on my computer and I think it is a setup issue. Am I missing something?

Hello,

please change the setting in the field "Port" in your connection details from "ftp" to "21". This should solve your problem.
