AceBIT

I am a new user.
I have a new project BK1 which is "AceBackup backup" copying files AS IS.
I am simply copying files as is to an external hard drive maintaining the file paths.
I backup manually - right now I am getting familiar with AceBackup.
Later I may use schedule when I gain confidemce.

A typical folder I back up is C:\Data.
Between backups, new files get created in C:\Data.
I want these new files to be backed up.
But Project BK1 doesnt find these files nor recognise that they exist.
You can see they are not listed in the Project Manager window.
What I see in the Project Manager window is what was there when I created BK1
But you can see the new files in the Local Folders window!!

How do I get BK1 to find and backup new files in a folder? I cant work it out.

Also - what is the meaning of folders listed in bold type in he Project Window - is the program trying to tell me that files in these folders were not backed up? this time ? last time? anything else?

Version 3 finds changes to the previously backed up files on opening a project in AceBackup.
Folders which are not backed up since you last backed up are shown in bold.
