Hello,

When trying to submit the search engines, it tells me the flasher file is locked. What do I do next?

Hello!

Do you indeed use Hello Engines! Professional? The problem with FlashFiler is rather possible for Hello Engines! Standard. This problem appears if the application or OS is shutdown incorrectly. If it is so, please delete all occurences of the file "FFSTRAN.CFG" in the Hello Engines! program directory via Windows Explorer.
