 Post subject: Frontpage Extensions Error - 1and 1

My host is oneandone. I have a web site already up and running but lost the PC the original files were on. I am trying to get the site downloaded using wise_ftp. Unfortunately I am getting a text file telling me that I need to disable frontpage extensions. The web site wes developed in NetObjects 8 and according to oneandone I have the frontpage extensions set at inactive. I have also refreshed this to make sure. The text file says that I should contact support for further help. Can anyone help please?

Hello,

is it WISE-FTP that shows you this error message (text file?)? We did not yet hear of such an error. Could you please forward this to us to support@acebit.com?
